  3. No Refund:

    • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled date are non-refundable.
    • However, you may transfer your booking to another person. Just inform us of the new guest’s details, and they can take your place.
  4. Transfer of Booking:

    • If you cannot attend, you can transfer your booking to someone else at no additional cost.
    • Please notify us with the new guest's name and contact information as soon as possible.
  5. How to Request a Refund:

    • Contact us through our website, WhatsApp channel, or booking line with your booking details.
    • Our team will process your refund according to the policy and confirm the cancellation.
  6. Special Circumstances:
